Graduates at Informed Solutions hit the ground running. A tailored induction plan (based on feedback from the interview process and the preferences of the individual) is developed to provide a framework for the first year and the grounding for sustainable development thereafter. Our graduates are introduced to a variety of delivery models so that they can explore different aspects of their capabilities at an early point in their career and begin thinking about how they would like their career to develop.

We don't have prescriptive career paths for our consultants, but instead provide a framework of coaching, assessment and promotion to support each individual's professional development. This framework supports graduates in gradually assuming greater responsibility as they can demonstrate sustained and improving performance, allowing them to build breadth and depth to their professional consultancy skills.
