PROJECT SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Services Co-ordinator with outstanding ability and professionalism to join our very successful and motivated Programme and Project Support Office Services team, based out of the Company’s Manchester office, which is located in Altrincham. Our Programme and Project Support Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administration support to a team of highly motivated and professional consultants.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an impressive ability to administrate, facilitate and assist in the development and improvement of:
- All aspects of communications with clients, business partners, suppliers and internal project teams as required
- Administration of programme/project communications, issues and risks, exceptions, change controls, service level / delivery issues and all related records-keeping functions to fully auditable standard
- Arranging meetings between client representatives, project sponsors, project team members
- Attendance at key project meetings, ensuring good records management and documentation of minutes
- Co-ordination of project related activities, liaising with project managers and consultants as required
- Monitoring quality and ensuring consistent management processes
- Managing project controlling documentation throughout the full life cycle of each project
- Pro-actively recording, monitoring and reporting on the work status of all aspects of assigned programmes or projects

- A willingness to travel

- Document management skills and experience of monitoring and actioning records
- Experience of the complete project life-cycle
- Experience of working within a disciplined, high caliber, results-orientated professional services organisation
- Understanding of structured project management methodologies
