Our BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER plays a key role in how we secure business that aligns to our purpose. Our Australian team is preparing for growth and seeks to appoint a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER who can lead the proposal development and initial client engagement activities that  secure us great assignments. To date we have built our world-class projects and programmes; from digital transformations of national governments and agencies, to leveraging open networks, information and UX design to support key environment and sustainability programs.

  • Working with colleagues in both Australia and the UK, leading tender and bid responses within the Business and Client Services team.
  • Creating and curating the content for our proposals and responses that builds clear understanding and conveys value in the way a prospective client will connect with and potentially want to buy.

Essential Elements

  • Excellent consulting experience, preferably gained within a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Examples you can talk to of material you have created in the past.
  • Clients that can vouch for your ability to develop and grow relationships.
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and influencing skills across a number of levels
  • Proven ability to lead proposal development teams and activities.
  • Sense of commercial practicality and business acumen
  • A strong sense of accountability and ability to operate in a cross functional team
  • Desire to lead, an understanding of team and insight to know where you should be at any given time.
