Working a within a cross-functional team, you will take an integral role in supporting with the research, analysis and articulation of user needs for complex digital transformations; generating the feedback and insight necessary to build a clear picture of users and deliver solutions that they need


  • Work on real client problems across the UR lifecycle, allowing you to develop skills in this discipline.
  • Learn User Researcher skills using the latest technologies and delivery techniques.
  • Develop a deep understanding of User Centric Design and how it influences every part of the software development lifecycle.
  • Become an expert and get the opportunity to become accredited in UR/UX and Agile.  
  • Work with and learn from our experts about how to design, develop and test software that meets exacting standards for cyber security, data integrity, cloud-scaling and device independence.
  • See first-hand how the solutions you have created have a positive impact on our clients.
  • Support the Senior User Researcher in developing engaging methods of research dissemination and in developing appropriate UX KPIs for use by the business.
  • Promote a user-centered design approach by educating and inspiring others throughout the business.
  • Be the users’ advocate, ensuring their needs are central to design and development decisions. 


 You will have experience and awareness of: 

  • Degree in psychology, behavioral sciences, HCI or a STEM related subject.
  • Outstanding analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • A passion for problem solving and using technology to making things work better.
  • The verbal and written skills to communicate effectively and develop relationships.
