Position

Our Corporate Systems and Infrastructure team play a critical business role, so you must be tenacious in managing assignments with a clear sense of priority and be able to apply your skills in a fast-paced and agile environment. The right candidate will have the potential to assume full day-to-day management of our internal IT Service Desk.

As a respected authority behind the long-term management and development of our corporate systems and infrastructure functions, you will play a key role in realising lasting improvement to the Company’s operational business through expert knowledge of its diverse people, processes and systems. Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

  • Managing/administrating Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange
  • Resolving a wide range of support requests/incidents
  • Handling supplier relationships and delivery activities
  • Supporting large scale projects and initiatives
  • ITIL Service Management disciplines including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management
