An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator with outstanding ability and professionalism to join our very successful and motivated Corporate Administration Services team, based out of the Company’s London office, which is located in Westminster.  This is a very important client-facing role and we require someone who is an outstanding administrator and facilitator, as well as a self-motivated and dedicated individual and a loyal team player willing to support and assist busy and pressured professionals.

Role Description

Skills and Experience: 

  • Facilitate all activities and communications relating to Reception and Front of House functions, including dealing with all visitors in a personal, professional and highly effective manner;
  • Incoming and outgoing correspondence, and co-ordination of couriers and other high priority delivery logistics;
  • Co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements;
  • Liaise with clients, business partners and suppliers, as well as our own teams, as required;
  • Assist with general administration and data processing from time to time;
  • Provide general support and assistance to the Senior Executive Assistant and the senior team;
  • To liaise with the Housekeeping Staff to ensure that the building is kept to the required standard;
  • Controlling and monitoring of stationery and office requisites in line with budgets;
  • Management of health and safety, including fire alarm tests, workplace inspections and fire drills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client liaison skills, with a superb telephone manner;
  • A smart polished professional appearance and a positive, “can do” personality;
  • Commitment and loyalty to their team and colleagues;
  • Professional self-discipline and self-motivation, alongside an intelligent and positive approach to work;
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm and strong self-motivation;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness;
  • Strong work prioritisation, organisation and time management skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Software;
  • Ability to work to deadlines. 

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a high calibre, results orientated, professional services environment;
  • Experience of regular contact with senior clients and staff;
  • Educated to degree level or similar.
