  • TELEPHONE INTRODUCTION                 

We start with a short and straightforward phone introduction. This is an opportunity for you to tell us about your career aspirations, personal values and motivations, ‘deal makers and breakers’ as regards suitable roles. We talk you through our business values, workplace culture and professional standards. We’ll check with you that our workplace environment seems right for you, we’ll say whether we think that we’re right for each other, and together we’ll agree whether to progress your job application.

 

  • FIRST INTERVIEW         

If we’re all happy to move forward, we hold a first interview where you’ll meet in person the hiring manager and typically also another colleague. Depending on the type and seniority of the role that you’ve applied for, we’ll ask you to respond to one or two short scenarios. We want to understand how you think and approach problem solving and also potentially how you tackle new challenges. We’ll walk and talk through your responses. You’ll also be asked to highlight areas of your CV and experience relevant to the role that you’ve applied for.

 

  • SECOND INTERVIEW 

At the second interview you’ll meet other colleagues that would be part of your team. In most cases, we’ll ask you to prepare and deliver a short presentation and ask you to interactively talk through some of your materials and ideas with the team. Respectful and positive team dynamics are important to people being happy at work and they help maintain a pleasant and inspiring workplace environment. We’d also like to get to know you a little as a prospective colleague, so we’ll ask you to join us in an informal social setting. We try to arrange for you to meet a diverse group of colleagues, doing different roles and at different stages of their career at Informed. This is the time for you to ask any of our people the questions that really matter to you.
