A highly experienced Board director, programme director and business transformation consultant, Elizabeth has over 25 years’ experience working at Board level advising on and leading successful transformation and enterprise IT programmes.
In her early career, she honed her skills working internationally for blue-chip corporations including Unilever, Oracle and Hawker Siddeley before establishing an Australian based technology consultancy, InfoTechnics. She set up Informed Solutions in the UK in 1992 and has built the company into a multi award winning market leader, trusted and respected in both public and private sectors in the UK and Australia.
Elizabeth was the first person to be an elected Director of both techUK’s Main Board and the National Board of the Australian Information Industry Association. As a member of the Cabinet Office SME Panel, she is a key opinion former in the UK SME community.
Committed to sustainable business and good corporate responsibility, Elizabeth champions important economic issues such as government spend with SMEs and the equitable treatment of SMEs (in many cases delivering innovation and high value specialist skills) within supply chains. She is equally committed to addressing the Digital Skills Gap and sees the integration of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) into the national curriculum as critical to success in this area.
The continuing success of the Company's global scale up has seen key changes at Main board level, with Elizabeth assuming the role of Global CEO for the Informed Group, while remaining CEO in Australia.

John has over 25 years' experience working in high growth IT companies and consultancies at executive and board level. Specialising in strategy, business case development and technology diligence, John has advised many leading organisations in the private and public sectors. He also devotes significant time and energy into exploring new technologies that have the potential to deliver a step change in competitiveness and performance.
Alongside his proven skills in business transformation and IT, John also brings specialist knowledge of location and geographic intelligence and is a past Chair of the Association of Geographic Information.
With significant experience of developing and implementing numerous strategies that have enabled organisations to successfully integrate location into their enterprise decision making, his engagements include oil & gas, central government, transport, retail, energy and the mobile communications sectors. A number of his solutions have been internationally recognised for their commercial impact.
Michael has over 10 years of experience in the IT Sector, initially within the banking industry then as Service Excellence Lead on Informed Solutions UK Operations Management Team. He is experienced in the delivery and practical adoption of agile and user centric digital service design, in line with Digital Service Design Standards of the UK’s GDS and Australian DTA, and state digital priorities across Australia.
Informed’s global scale up has seen Michael relocate to Sydney to head the operations of the Australian team. His role has seen him leading and delivering innovative projects for both the Public and Private Sectors. Responsibility for continuous service delivery exercises Michael’s passion for delivering high quality services which continually evolve, adapting industry leading delivery practices to meet varying client operating environments.
Michael has worked globally across service design, requirements analysis, process re-engineering, project delivery, change management, service introduction and service management.
In his spare time Michael is a passionate sports fan, known to wake up at unusual hours on occasions to watch his favourite sports team, Manchester United or, to the sounds of his young daughter. Since moving to Sydney he has also adopted his local team Sydney FC and you will often find him swimming lengths at Prince Alfred’s Park at the weekend.
Specialising in anything data or mapping related, James is a highly experienced Digital Transformation Consultant having led and delivered workstreams on a wide range of innovative projects within the Government, Environmental, Financial, Insurance and Utilities sectors.
Passionate about solving problems, innovation and data transformation, he brings complex client visions to fruition. This includes taking on the roles of Data Architect and Technical Lead on projects such as the Cabinet Office GIS Solution and NSW SEED Portal, with the latter winning three prestigious NSW Innovation Awards.
Having graduated with a double degree in Civil Engineering (Honours) and Commerce (Finance), James maintains a close relationship with the University of New South Wales, delivering guest lectures on the latest innovation trends in the industry.
When he is away from delivering award winning projects, he can be found assisting the Australian Alopecia Areata Foundation as their Support Ambassador, or training at odd hours of the morning on his bike.
Richard is a Technical Consultant in our Project Delivery team. He joined Informed on a graduate associateship after completing an MSc in Geographic Information Science at University College London. He has gone on to be involved in numerous projects across the geospatial domain providing design and technical expertise, such as for enterprise scale geospatial deployments and spatial data governance structures.
An advocate of user-centred design with a passion for user research, he has led on several public sector discovery and alpha phase projects. This allows Richard to work closely with clients to understand their user’s needs. He is always looking for ways to increase digital participation, and transform services for the benefit of both the public user and business.
Richard is also a volunteer with the UK charity MapAction – who deploy specialist GIS volunteers to produce maps and analysis in humanitarian emergencies.
Daniel works as a Consultant in our Project Delivery team. Having graduated the University of Leicester with an MSc in Geographical Information Science, he joined the graduate associateship having previously worked as a spatial analyst for an asset management company. Since joining Informed, he has worked across a range of sectors including land and property, healthcare and transport, using his expertise in spatial data and technologies to deliver real value for our clients and their users.
Daniel has a naturally enquiring mind, and a keen focus on developments and innovations relating to data (particularly geospatial). He is passionate in applying the latest thinking and technology to help clients exploit and maximise the value that can be derived from data. Which is rapidly becoming a key differentiator in delivering competitive advantage and increased customer satisfaction. This interest in data doesn't stop at being purely technical: he also enjoys working with clients to understand their needs, allowing him to develop an end-to-end vision of the solution, and how logical design can be developed to deliver robust, secure and scalable solutions.
His interest in data and technology extends into the wider industry community, and he is currently chairman of the Association for Geographic Information Technical Special Interest Group where he leads thought leadership events and webinars for other geospatial professionals.
