3. Telephone Introduction

A short telephone call with our Recruitment team where we can discuss your career aspirations, personal values and motivations. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about Informed and the role you have applied for.

4. First Interview

You’ll have a virtual meeting with consultants who are directly involved with the role. This conversation helps us to further assess your suitability, focusing on your technical skills, professional experience, and how well you align with our team culture and company values. Depending on the position, you may also be asked to complete a relevant assessment.

5. Final Interview

You’ll be invited to our offices, where you’ll meet more of the team and experience our culture first-hand. This is a great opportunity to get a sense of our working environment and the people you could be collaborating with. As part of the final stage, you’ll be asked to complete a technical assessment or prepare a short presentation, which will help guide the initial discussion during your interview.
