Informed Solutions has today been honoured with a Queen’s Award for Innovation for its InformedTRANSFORM© digital transformation service.
InformedTRANSFORM© is an innovative, proven digital business change service comprising methods and tools that ensures organisations benefit from innovations in digital technology, delivering change faster, better, and at lower risk than previously possible.
The honour represents Informed Solutions’ second active Queen’s Award, demonstrating both the company’s world class digital transformation capability and its digital service delivery credentials. Informed Solutions now holds Queen’s Awards for accelerating and de-risking digital business change, and for digital experience and engagement through its InformedENGAGE© platform.
InformedTRANSFORM© was developed specifically to meet the significant challenges faced by organisations when attempting digital business change including; an inability to harness emerging innovation in data and technology, whilst adapting to changing circumstances and market and policy landscapes; and misalignment between the competing needs of organisations, their stakeholders, customers, and staff.
InformedTRANSFORM© represents an entirely new category of unified business and digital change methodology that accelerates and assures innovation-led digital transformation. It combines strategy, policy and business change with transformation consultancy and digital delivery, replacing disparate and often disconnected transformation practices.
It has been iteratively developed and refined as a result of extensive client engagement, user research, and excellence in delivery for organisations working across Civil Defence, Healthcare, Environment and Sustainable Land Management, and Citizen Engagement sectors.
Informed Solutions UK CEO, Seth Finegan comments: “The Queen’s Awards are the highest and most prestigious official awards given to British businesses for excellence and innovation. We are honoured and privileged to hold two active Queen’s Awards – an amazing achievement and independent recognition of our ability to help organisations successfully identify and adopt game-changing digital operating models quickly and safely”.
Julian David, CEO at techUK comments: “"The win of a Queen's Award for Innovation by Informed Solutions for InformedTRANSFORM© is a clear sign that the UK tech sector is continuing to provide the solutions required by businesses and communities, while at the same time helping to drive the wider digital transformation of the economy that will boost productivity and growth.
"Coming out of the pandemic, the UK’s business landscape is rapidly evolving, and companies will need innovative change to compete in a world-leading digital economy. In this backdrop, innovations such as InformedTRANSFORM© provide a cohesive approach that will surely be welcomed by businesses looking to create meaningful change within their organisations.”
Robin Knowles, CEO of Digital Leaders comments: “Huge congratulations to Informed Solutions. Traditional business change methods have often failed to keep up with the game changing advances in data and technology. This award demonstrates that digital leaders like Informed can accelerate digital change quickly, effectively, and safely in an age where organisations of all sizes simply have to adapt to operate effectively in an increasingly digital world”.
Karen Meechan, CEO at Scotland IS comments: “This represents real recognition for excellence in digital transformation capability. Informed’s services are making a huge difference to its clients in Scotland, which operate in the Environmental and Sustainable Land Asset Management and Civil Defence sectors among others. COP26 was effectively policed using a digital platform that benefitted from this innovation. It’s clearly a service of its time”.
