NatureScot is observing positive outcomes across key performance indicators including efficiency, user satisfaction, service availability, responsiveness to change, and improved management information for our teams.

Results have indicated:

  • a 75% reduction in the time it takes to evaluate and respond to SSSI consents. This means quicker decisions without compromising quality.
  • a 50% reduction in time for triaging cases. This ensures that important cases can get the attention they deserve promptly.

Additionally, InformedDECISION™ filters out non-relevant submissions early in the process, helping the NatureScot team avoid unnecessary time on inappropriate or poorly formed applications which account for approximately 25% of total cases.
