World Class Talent Development
Over the past ten years we’ve been developing and continually improving our Graduate Induction Framework: a structured two-year programme which helps graduates transition from their university studies into our fast-paced consultancy teams.
We tailor each graduate’s induction to play to their own strengths, building interpersonal, business and teamworking skills alongside excellence in their specific areas of interest.
We provide regular checkpoints and feedback to make sure that our graduates are happy with their pace of development, are building the skills and capabilities that they need, and are getting the right support to develop their careers, whilst taking on client-facing responsibilities.
We pair our graduates with experienced and qualified coaches and provide training to help fast-track skills development, as well giving them a buddy (a recent graduate who’s been with us a little while) who’s on hand to answer any questions about settling in.
